What if I need to cancel my appointment?

For a full refund, all cancellations must be made 24 hours in advanced. Cancellations after 24 hours receive half tuition of a tutoring appointment. 

What if I am the only person signed up for a group session?

If you are the only person who signed up for a group session, the session will still proceed.

What is the policy on test preparation?

We are happy to provide study tips, test prep, and test review. It is against our policy to help students cheat by giving answers on school related tests. We do provide answers to practice tests we assign to students.

What is the policy on helping with Essays?

We help with the writing process by guiding students through prewriting, drafting, revision, editing, and publication. We will never write whole sentences, paragraphs, or essays.
